stimulants. Use as directed on the label.
2. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Shipping times provided are estimates. Once the product
leaves our facility, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. If your order is lost in transit, please

3. Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, broken, or appears
tampered with upon delivery, please contact us immediately at support@loadoutenergy.com within 48 hours
of receiving your package.
To process your claim, you must provide:
Your order number.
Photographic evidence of the damaged product and the packaging.
Upon verification, we will provide a replacement for the damaged unit. We do not offer cash refunds for
shipping damage; we will replace the affected product at no additional cost to you.
4. Return and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final once a shipment has been processed. We
do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" purchases or for products that have been
opened, as food safety standards prevent us from restocking these items.
