About

Loadout Energy is owned and run by Zero Dark Group, a family business in Swindon.

We bought Loadout in October 2026. It was a good product with a small following, built for gamers, and we thought it deserved a bigger job than that.

Who we are

Zero Dark Group is Rob Firmin and family. Rob is a veteran, spent time on ambulances as a medic, and has spent the years since building businesses. The group owns Warrior Culture, a tactical gymwear brand, and Tactical Coffee, a coffee company run by Rob's dad. Loadout is the third piece. Drink, kit and coffee, all for the same sort of person.

That person works shifts, trains early, games late, or does a job where being switched on matters. Game. Train. Work. Operate. That's who Loadout is for now.

What we changed

Not the drink. Same formula, same supplier in the UK, same 200mg of caffeine and 1000mg of taurine per serving, 35 servings a tub. We fixed the website, which had been saying 150mg for a year when it was always 200.

What we did change is everything around it. New tub designs, new flavour names, a proper range of seven, and merch that's actually worth wearing. Loadout 2.0 ships from 23 November 2026.

How we do things

  • We answer emails. contact@loadoutenergy.com, within one working day.
  • We don't do subscription traps or fake countdown timers.
  • If a tub arrives damaged we replace it, no argument.
  • Hoodies are embroidered to order by our own print team, in Swindon, not shipped from a warehouse abroad.

What's next

An ambassador programme called Operators, for people who get things done. A monthly resupply option so you never run dry. And more flavours when the first seven have proved themselves.

Thanks for backing a small UK business. Every order matters at this stage, and we notice every one.
